We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
